The Sisters
These members of the UAC live as members of a community and work in ministerial activities throughout the world, including education, health care, pastoral care, spiritual centers, orphanages, nursing homes and other works to increase faith and renew love. They promise to live, in the Spirit of St. Vincent Pallotti, a life of committed obedience, chastity and poverty.
Today over 1,500 active sisters in Europe, the Americas, Africa, Australia and India are members of "Institutes" which include the Congregation of the Sisters of the Catholic Apostolate, the Missionary Sisters of the Catholic Apostolate, The Eucharistic Sisters of St. Vincent Pallotti, and the Theresian, Hildegardis, and Mariana Sisters. |
